We operate the website at clickandgoauto.com and related mobile-accessible services (collectively, the "website") for the sale and purchase of automotive products ("products").

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order. If you use our website in the course of a business or other organisational project, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to agree to these terms on behalf of that entity.

Registration & Account

You may browse our website and make purchases as a guest. Creating a registered account gives you access to order history, saved wishlists, and faster checkout.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place an order. By using our website you warrant that you meet this requirement.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including a valid email address.
• You must keep your account password confidential and must not share it with any third party. Your account is for your exclusive use.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you authorise another person to manage your account on your behalf, this is at your own risk.

Products & Availability

We sell automotive lubricants and related products including engine oils, gear oils, automatic transmission fluids, CVT fluids, hydraulic fluids, coolants, and greases. All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Packaging and label design may vary slightly from what is shown.
• Product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information are provided in good faith based on information from manufacturers and authorised distributors. You remain responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your specific vehicle before use.
• We stock only genuine products sourced from authorised distributors. We do not sell grey-market, parallel-import, or counterfeit goods.
• If a product you ordered is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will contact you promptly to arrange a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
• We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete and confirm your order.
• Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for the stated period and while stock lasts.
• In the unlikely event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you immediately and give you the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.
• Bulk and wholesale pricing is available on request and agreed separately. See the Contact Us page to discuss volumes.

Placing & Processing Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. A binding contract for the sale and purchase of the products is formed when you receive an order confirmation from us.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, delivery address, and a valid phone number.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp — we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Order history and status are available in your account dashboard if you are a registered user.
• There is no minimum order quantity for retail purchases. Minimum quantities may apply for bulk or wholesale orders as agreed separately.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa: an STK push is sent directly to your registered Safaricom number. Payment must be completed within the prompt window. We only receive a transaction confirmation reference — your M-Pesa PIN is entered on your own device and is never accessible to us.
• Bank transfer: account details are provided at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed in our account. Use your order number as the payment reference and send proof of payment to info@clickandgoauto.com.

Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched, except for verified business accounts with agreed credit terms. For business accounts applying for 30-day credit terms, separate written agreements apply.

All transactions are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to addresses within Kenya. Delivery timelines and costs vary by location:

• Nairobi: most orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched same day. Delivery is typically same-day or next-day.
• Upcountry: delivered via our courier partners within 1–3 business days depending on your town.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment and are based on order weight and destination.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information where available.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. If you are not available to receive the order, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for collection.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, epidemics, or infrastructure failures. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Change of mind: unused products in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs.
• Wrong item received: if we sent the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
• Damaged in transit: report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
• Products that cannot be returned: opened products, items not in original packaging, or products that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective or were incorrectly supplied by us.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase. M-Pesa refunds are typically faster. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact page, email, or call us directly.

Changes to our returns policy shall apply to all purchases made from the date the updated policy is published on our website.

Promotions & Discounts

From time to time we may run promotions, discount campaigns, or special offers on our website or through other channels. The following terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Promotional prices are valid only for the stated period and while stock lasts. We reserve the right to end a promotion early without notice.
• Discount codes and vouchers are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Bulk and wholesale discount pricing is agreed separately and is not automatically applied at checkout. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
• We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any promotion if we suspect fraud, abuse, or if a pricing error is involved. Where a promotion is cancelled after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the standard price or receive a full refund.
• Promotions are intended for genuine customers purchasing for personal or business use. Reselling products purchased at promotional prices without our prior written consent is not permitted.

Your Content & Reviews

"Your content" means any text, images, ratings, reviews, feedback, or other material you submit to our website, including product reviews and contact form messages.

• Your content must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Inaccurate, fake, or incentivised reviews are not permitted.
• Your content must not be offensive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful, or in breach of any third party’s rights.

• You must not use our website to contact other users to arrange transactions outside our platform, or to warn users away from products or suppliers in bad faith.

Limitations & Exclusions of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Kenyan law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Click & Go Auto Suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Damage to your vehicle resulting from incorrect product selection — it is your responsibility to verify that a product is suitable for your vehicle before use.
• Website downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, hacking, viruses, civil unrest, epidemics, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Loss or corruption of data.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

In respect of free services or functionality provided on our website, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever.

Indemnification
